        Sarah is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist who is passionate about helping women navigate the perimenopause/menopause journey.

         

        She has a professional background in writing/editing, cooking, and working in community food banks. She feels passionate about making healthy food accessible to all.

         

        How she can help in your wellness journey

         

        Sarah supports women by providing food and lifestyle recommendations to help address the symptoms of perimenopause and menopause. If you are experiencing hot flashes/night sweats, low mood, fatigue, sleeplessness, weight gain, anxiousness–all symptoms that may be associated with perimenopause and/or menopause–then Sarah can help. She'll work with you to set small, attainable goals that you can sustain over the long-term. Her approach is food first: it's about what foods you can add to your diet, not about restriction.

         

        She currently offers 1:1 online nutritional consultations where she develops and delivers a personalized health plan for you based on your health goals and priorities.
