Angela also has additional training in various therapeutic modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy for mood and anxiety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for trauma/PTSD, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation.
