

Angela Prosser, MSW, RSW
Angela is a skilled and compassionate therapist with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. Her practice is built on genuine connection, providing a safe and comfortable space for you to share your thoughts and feelings without fear or judgment. Angela will work with you to develop a personalized therapy plan grounded in evidence-based practices, helping you achieve your therapy goals so you can start feeling better.
While Angela addresses a wide range of issues, she specializes in trauma/PTSD, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, low self-esteem, stress/burnout, depression, and loneliness.
Angela is a Registered Social Worker and holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work. Angela also has additional training in various therapeutic modalities, including: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness Therapy for mood and anxiety, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) for trauma/PTSD, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for emotion regulation. She operates from an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed framework.
