        Jonathan Snowball

        Jonathan is a registered Psychotherapist, MA., MDIV.- Counsellor/Therapist who specializes and focuses on anxiety and depression. With honesty and compassion, he can help you through life changes and challenges.

         

        The goal of our therapy sessions together will be to help you develop the mental fortitude and skills needed to lead a productive, happier and successful life.

         

        How he can help in your wellness journey

         

        Does anxiety affect you? Are you dealing with constant worry, feelings of depression and despair, or intrusive and obsessive thoughts? Have you noticed a lack of motivation, trouble sleeping, fatigue, muscle tension, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of isolation? Is your life overwhelmed with stress?

         

        The focus here is on addressing anxiety and depression. Together, we can develop coping strategies, set boundaries, manage emotions, cultivate healthy thought patterns, and prioritize self-care to achieve a balanced and holistic lifestyle.

         

        In psychotherapy, his role is to support and guide individuals on their wellness and healing journey by providing a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and growth. He helps clients identify and understand the root causes of their challenges, whether they stem from past experiences, current stressors, or internal conflicts. Through various therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, or psychodynamic approaches, we work together to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and foster self-awareness.

         

        He also assists clients in setting realistic goals and creating actionable plans to achieve them, encouraging them to harness their strengths and resources. By offering empathy and validation, He helps clients build a stronger sense of self-compassion and self-efficacy. Ultimately, his aim is to empower individuals to make meaningful changes in their lives, cultivate emotional well-being, and achieve a greater sense of balance and fulfillment.

         

        You can schedule a meet and greet session for $50. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, with weekend appointments also offered (www.therapy-helps.ca).
