Kelsey Neate

Kelsey is a Holy Fire® Reiki Master in Ottawa, ON who loves working with women on their healing and spiritual journeys. Having gone through quite a bit throughout her life, from abuse trauma to addictions, she has taken herself through those tough times and learned how to heal and evolve into the woman she always wanted to be, and has since inspired herself to help others do the same. She loves and advocates for Mother Earth and animals as well. Bubbly and empathetic, she will listen and hold space, helping you feel heard and seen in your experience. She initially worked for 15 years with special needs children, and although she has loved and cared deeply for her clients, seen amazing growth and miracles, she wanted to take her skills, empathy, and energy to a wider range and experience - and this is where her spiritual journey and awakening began. Now she is into energy healing, crystal healing, tarot, astrology, somatics, NLP, and breathwork, as well as connecting to the Divine/God/Source/Higher Power, and back to Mother Nature- using these modalities daily herself to continue her own healing journey, and mentoring others to do the same in their own unique way is something that honors her deeply. Her biggest love is coming back to full body-mind-spirit connection, self-love, and woman empowerment.

Kelsey works with all elements of the mind-body-and soul. She works with fitness and learning more and more about nutrition to help foster better health within herself and her clients. She also works with helping others develop better self-love and compassion to their physical bodies through energy healing, reiki, breathwork, and somatics such as EFT tapping, dance, shaking, and self-expression (singing, art, and yelling, for example). She works with the mind through mindset work, personal development, and helping people identify their root limiting beliefs and core values. She helps people take back control of their minds (versus the mind controlling them) through meditation, self-talk, reflection and the breath. She actively helps others create change and stay dedicated to their work and healing. She offers ways for self-discovery through astrology birth chart readings where you can learn so much about what your soul signed up for coming onto Earth. And she even works with pets and animals through Reiki! Her passion is to help women find their Authentic selves and back to their empowerment. She does this many ways that will allow the person to pick and choose what resonates and works with them and leave the rest behind. When working with Kelsey, expect to explore Reiki, crystal healing, meditation, breathwork, dance, somatics, EFT tapping, journaling, inner child/teen work, primal rage, ancestral work, astrology, and connection back to Higher Self/Higher Power, and Mother Earth.
